Just wanted to let you know that the technical support I received today from Sam was outstanding to say the least.He was extremely patient with me ( a 71 year old lady) who is not too computer savvy!! It's nice to know that when I have a computer problem I can call Tech Genie's "800" number and get wonderful help

my problem today was explained to me very well. operating system was the reason why i could not print to my printer. which is not compatible to windows 10. sam was very patient with me, thank you
I had Problem with not being able to get on internet and also with printer . It was resolved and the operator that helped was very professional . I would just like to thank the support team for there help .
